巨大宫颈肌瘤临床特点分析

摘　　要：目的分析总结巨大宫颈肌瘤的临床表现、诊断和治疗特征,为今后工作提供经验。方法分析总结广东省妇幼保健院妇科2019年收治的3例巨大宫颈肌瘤患者的临床资料。结果2例患者无生育要求,行开腹全子宫切除术,1例37岁患者保留子宫行开腹巨大宫颈肌瘤剔除术。2例患者术前行输尿管插管,3例患者均手术顺利,无并发症,痊愈出院。结论巨大宫颈肌瘤因位置特殊,肌瘤体积巨大,术前易误诊,手术难度大,容易发生手术并发症,结合患者病史、妇检和辅助检查,术前尽量明确诊断,根据术者技术水平及患者情况采取个体化手术治疗。Objective To analyze the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of giant uterine cervical myoma.Methods Three patients who were diagnosed as giantcervical myoma in 2019 in Guangdong Women and Children Hospital were collected and studied.Results Two patients of no fertility requirement accepted abdominal hysterectomy,and the another one,37 years old,received laparotomic hysteromyomectomy.Two patients were done of ureteral intubation before operation.All three patients were operated successfully without complications.Conclusion The giant cervical myoma is often to be misdiagnosed because of its special location and huge size.It is very challenge to do this operation,and the correct diagnosis and adopting individual treatment are crucial.
