《金匮要略》中妇人妊娠病方的临床应用进展

摘　　要：总结《金匮要略》妇人病篇中胶艾汤、当归芍药散、当归贝母苦参丸的临床应用情况,认为胶艾汤保胎效果好,多用于先兆流产、复发性流产等疾病;当归芍药散除用于妊娠腹痛,还可用于治疗多种妊娠并发症;当归贝母苦参丸主要用于治疗妊娠小便难。在妊娠病过程中,注重辨证施治,对于指导妊娠病的治疗有很大的临床价值。The clinical application of Jiaoai decoction(胶艾汤),Danggui Shaoyao Powder(当归芍药散)and Danggui Beimu Kushen Pill(当归贝母苦参丸)in the women's chapter of Synopsis of Golden Chamber was summarized.The results showed that Jiaoai Decoction had good effect on protecting fetus,which was mostly used for threatened abortion,recurrent abortion and other diseases;Danggui Shaoyao Powder was used not only for abdominal pain of pregnancy,but also for treatment of various pregnancy complications;Danggui Beimu Kushen Pill was mainly used for the treatment of dysuria in pregnancy.In the process of pregnancy disease,it is of great clinical value to pay attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment for guiding the treatment of pregnancy disease.
