摘 要:大学英语学习效果评价体系对大学英语课程目标的实现程度和社会所需人才的培养质量起着重要作用。文章分析了地方高师院校非英语专业学生的特点,指出了非英语专业学生英语学习效果评价体系存在的主要问题,并基于多元智能理论、建构主义理论和合作学习理论,提出以评价思想科学、评价内容多元、评价目标具体、评价过程促发展和评价方法可行为构建原则,并有效结合诊断性评价、目标性评价、终结性评价和过程性评价,构建符合地方高师院校非英语专业学生英语学习效果评价体系,促进大学英语教学的改善和提升。The evaluation system of college English learning effect plays an important role in the realization of college English curriculum objectives and the training quality of talents needed by the society.This paper analyzes the characteristics of non-English majors in local normal universities,points out the main problems existing in the evaluation system of English learning effect of non-English majors,based on the theories of multiple intelligences,constructivism and cooperative learning,proposes the construction principles of scientific evaluation,diversified evaluation contents,specific evaluation objectives,promoting the development of evaluation process and feasible evaluation methods,and combining with diagnostic evaluation,objective evaluation,summative evaluation and process evaluation effectively,constructs the evaluation system of English learning effect of non-English Majors in local normal universities to improve and promote college English teaching.
