摘 要:通过改变原料磷酸氢钙的粒度,探讨在高温固相法生产中,原料粒度对产品产率、性能的影响。分析发现,一定温度、配比及煅烧时间下,所得饲料级磷酸三钙样品中,磷质量分数变化不大,钙、镁质量分数及产品产率受原料粒度变化影响较大。结果显示,原料粒度为140目(0.11mm)制备的实验样品中,Ca、P质量分数及产率最高,矿物质元素Mg质量分数最低。By changing the particle size of calcium hydrogen phosphate,the effect of particle size of raw material on product yield and performance in high temperature solid phase was discussed.Under certain temperature,charge ratio and calcinations time,the content of P of tricalcium phosphate did not change,and the content of Ca and Mg and yield of tricalcium phosphate were affected by the change of raw material size.The results showed that the content of Ca and P and yield of tricalcium phosphate were highest and the content of Mg was lowest when the particle size was140 meshes.
