摘  要:以击实次数、冷拌沥青混合料养护成型时间、乳化沥青中是否加入高黏剂3个因素设计正交试验,结合马歇尔试验以及灌浆后效果评价乳化沥青混合料性能。试验结果表明:采用冷拌沥青混合料作为灌注式半柔性路面材料的基体骨架切实可行;采用(50+25)次的击实次数,4 d养护成型的基体乳化沥青混合料骨架效果最好,全空隙率与设计空隙率接近,且有效空隙率较高,可以保证水泥砂浆的灌入;灌浆后材料稳定度得到显著提高,抵抗变形能力变强。Orthogonal tests were designed based on the number of compaction times,curing time of coldmixed asphalt mixture,and whether high viscosity agent was added to the emulsified asphalt.The performance of emulsified asphalt mixture was evaluated by combining Marshall test and the effect after grouting.The results show that it is feasible to use cold mixed asphalt mixture as the matrix skeleton of filling semi-flexible pavement material;the matrix emulsified asphalt mixture skeleton formed by 4-day curing has the best effect with(50+25)times of compaction,the total void ratio is close to the designed void ratio,and the effective void ratio is higher,which can ensure the grouting of cement mortar's performance.After grouting,the stability of the material is significantly improved,and the ability to resist deformation becomes stronger.
