论《管子》的灾害观——基于灾害社会学和经济学的理论

摘　　要：灾害不仅会造成沉重的生命财产损失,还会引起社会的剧烈变迁。《管子》的灾害观揭示了灾害与政治、经济、道德、农事等国家大事的内在关系。更值得赞叹的是,《管子》通过对灾害的认识,提出了以富民为中心的民本思想,并看到了社会和谐的真谛。借助灾害社会学和经济学的理论,我们看到了《管子》灾害观的科学性——发展才是硬道理。Disasters cause not only heavy losses of life and property,but also drastic changes in society.The concept of disaster in Guanzi reveals the intrinsic relationship between disaster and national affairs such as politics,economy,morality and agriculture.What’s more,Guanzi puts forward the people-oriented thought of enriching the people and sees the essence of social harmony through the understanding of disasters.With the help of the theories of disaster sociology and disaster economics,we can see the scientific elements of Guanzi’s disaster view,that is,development is the absolute truth.
