新时期地方高校隐性思想政治教育的实践与探索——以肇庆学院为例

摘　　要：新时期高校开展隐性思想政治教育是时代的需求和发展的需要。地方高校要注重开发和利用地方文化资源,创新开展具有地方特色的隐性思想政治教育。介绍了肇庆学院依托地方文化资源,创新隐性思想政治教育在物质形态和精神形态上的呈现方式,归纳总结这两种形态的隐性思想政治教育具有增强思政教育的实效性。为探索地方高校开展隐性思想政治教育提供有效路径,并提出新时代背景下需要构建具有亲和力的网络教育模式的建议。Carrying out implicit ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the demand of the times and the need of development in the new era.Local colleges and universities should pay attention to the development and utilization of local cultural resources and carry out the recessive ideological and political education with local characteristics innovatively.This paper introduces how Zhaoqing University innovates the manifestation mode of implicit ideological and political education in material form and spiritual form by relying on local cultural resources,and concludes that these two forms of implicit ideological and political education can enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.It provides an effective way to explore the implicit ideological and political education in local colleges and universities,and puts forward some suggestions on how to construct an amiable network education mode in the new age.
