摘 要:锅炉燃烧状态的分析对火电机组低负荷安全运行至关重要,但目前对此缺乏直接有效的测量手段。本文借鉴小波分析思想,设计了惯性多尺度滤波器组,将表征锅炉燃烧状态的信号分解为不同频率尺度的分量,求取不同信号的各分量之间的相关系数矩阵,分析影响燃烧状态的因素。实例分析结果表明,总燃料量低频分量和火检强度低频分量高度相关,总燃料量中频分量和炉膛压力低频分量高度相关,平均火检强度中频分量与炉膛压力低频分量显著相关。据此,提出一种利用燃料量、炉膛压力和火检强度综合分析锅炉燃烧状态的方法,即通过燃料量和火检强度的低频分量分析燃烧状态的变化趋势,通过平均火检强度和炉膛压力分析整个炉膛燃烧状态的波动情况,通过单个或各层火检强度辅之以炉膛压力分析炉膛局部的燃烧状态。Analysis on boiler combustion status is very important for low-load safe operation of thermal power units,but there is still a lack of direct and effective measurement methods currently.Drawing on the idea of wavelet analysis,an inertial multi-scale filter bank is designed to decompose the signal into components with different frequency scales,and then to obtain the correlation coefficient matrix between the components of different signals.The factors affecting the combustion state are investigated.The result of the example analysis shows that,the low frequency component of the total fuel flow is highly correlated with the low frequency component of the flame detection intensity,and the medium frequency component of the total fuel flow is highly correlated with the low frequency component of the furnace pressure.On this basis,a method for comprehensive analyzing the combustion state of the boiler using fuel amount,furnace pressure and fire detection intensity is proposed.Namely,the change trend of the combustion state is analyzed by the low frequency components of the fuel flow and the fire detection intensity,the fluctuation of combustion state of the entire furnace is analyzed by the average flame detection intensity and furnace pressure,and the local combustion state of the furnace is analyzed through the single or each layer of the flame detection intensity supplemented by furnace pressure.
