摘  要:党的十九大报告强调要坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战,这是我们党对贫困地区和贫困人口的庄严承诺。研究后扶贫时代少数民族地区的返贫防治改革策略,对于巩固脱贫攻坚成果、促进民族地区的繁荣发展和长治久安、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦具有重要意义。湘西州作为深度贫困的少数民族地区,近年来的科教扶贫工作成绩和挑战并存,具有一定典型意义。要借鉴发达国家科教扶贫的做法和经验,突出抓好后扶贫时代少数民族地区科教防治返贫的关键要素,建立科教防治返贫的长效机制。The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that we must resolutely win the battle of poverty alleviation,which is our party's solemn commitment to poor areas and poor people.It is of great significance to study the anti-poverty reform strategies of ethnic minority areas in the post poverty alleviation era,to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,to promote the prosperity and stability of ethnic areas,and to realize the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.As a deep poverty-stricken ethnic minority area,Xiangxi Prefecture has made great achievements and challenges in poverty alleviation through science and education in recent years,which has a certain typical significance.We should learn from the practice and experience of poverty alleviation through science and education in developed countries,highlight the key elements of science and education in ethnic minority areas in the post poverty alleviation era,and establish a long-term mechanism for the prevention and control of poverty return through science and education.
