摘 要:针对京津冀区域生态安全问题,以京津冀城市群为研究对象,依据环境承载力理论,围绕生态环境压力、经济社会发展水平、生态环境承载力3个维度,通过构建区域生态安全定量分析模型与障碍因子诊断模型,对区域生态安全空间分布格局及主要制约要素进行了研究。研究表明,京津冀区域生态安全总体呈现三级分布态势,城际差异明显且稳定,没有出现严重的两极分化现象,也没有出现显著的同化现象,区域生态安全提升潜力较大;河北省西北部与东南部生态安全态势构成鲜明对比,形成了发展与保护的博弈;京津冀区域生态安全问题本质上是我国当前社会主要矛盾在京津冀地区的体现;充分发挥京津冀协同发展的政策红利,破解经济社会发展与生态环境保护之间的深层次矛盾,是构建京津冀区域生态安全格局的根本所在。According to the theory of environmental carrying capacity,the index system of ecological security assessment about Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region is constructed based on the pressure of ecological environment,the level of economic and social development and the carrying capacity of ecological environment.For the regional ecological security,the entropy method and catastrophe progression method are used to evaluate the ecological security of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.On this basis,the main obstacles to the safety of eco-environment is identified with the obstacle degree model.The results show that the regional ecological security presents a three-level distribution trend,the intercity differences are obvious and stable,there is no serious polarization phenomenon,nor significant assimilation phenomenon.Regional ecological environment security is a reflection of the main social contradictions of China in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region and has great potential for improvement.With the policy of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region to promote the balanced development among regions,the ecological security pattern can be established.
