新时期加强高校党外知识分子储备工作探析

摘　　要：高校党外知识分子是教学、科研、管理的骨干力量之一,在积极建言献策、推进"双一流"建设中发挥了重要作用,在持续推动高校改革发展稳定环节中作用日益凸显。本文针对高校党外知识分子储备工作进行系统研究,提出高校要进一步提升对党外知识分子的重视程度,建立完善多渠道推荐储备、思想政治教育、参政议政、培养选拔、关怀激励等工作机制,构建大统战新格局,推动统战工作实现新发展。Non-party intellectuals in colleges and universities,as the backbone of teaching,research and management,play an important role in actively offering advice and suggestions and enhancing the construc-tion of Double-First-Class.Therefore,the reserve work is very important in continuously pushing the reform and stable development of colleges and universities with its increasing prominent function.In order to promote the new development of United Front Work under the new construction of Grand United Front,this paper gives the systematic research on the reserve of non-Party intellectuals in colleges and universities and proposes the working mechanism in following aspects such as great attention,multi-channel recommenda-tion reserve,ideological and political study,politics participation and discussion,cultivating and selecting,caring and encouraging.
