摘　　要：目的了解新冠肺炎疫情期间医学生新冠肺炎基本知识的认知情况,以及疫情对学生心理状态和职业认同感的影响,为医学教育部门制定有针对性的新冠肺炎防控干预策略和措施提供参考。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对医学生进行问卷调查。结果医学生针对新冠肺炎基本知识、预防和防护措施准确率均较高;疫情期间医学生有434人(51.7%)最主要的不良心理状态是“学习/科研进展受到影响感到焦虑”;781人(93.0%)表示传染病学的学习及传染科的实习/规培对个人疫情防控有指导作用;477人(56.8%)认为疫情对今后的专业选择有影响,其中主要是积极影响(40.4%),也有消极影响(16.2%),另有363人(43.2%)认为疫情对未来专业/工作无任何影响。结论医学生对新冠肺炎基本知识的认知、心理状态及应对方式仍需进一步提升。Objective To understand medical students'cognition of COVID-19 epidemic and effect on medical students'psychological state and professional identity brought by COVID-19,and provide a reference for the medical education sectors to formulate specific prevention and control strategies.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used for the survey of medical students.Results Medical students had high accuracy in the basic knowledge as well as prevention and protective measures of COVID-19.During the epidemic,the major unhealthy psychological state of 434 students(51.7%)was that they thought"their study/research progress were affected and they felt anxious".781 students(93.0%)indicated that the study of infectious diseases and the practice/training given by the department of infectious diseases guided individual protection and control of the epidemic.477 students(56.8%)were affected by the epidemic in terms of their future professional choice,and the effect were mainly positive(40.4%),but negative effect(16.2%)also existed,while 363 students(43.2%)believed that the epidemic had no impact on their future major/work.Conclusion Medical students'cognition of basic knowledge of COVID-19,psychological state and coping strategies of the epidemic still need to be further improved.
