摘　　要：目的探讨乳酸脱氢酶A(LDHA)蛋白、Ki67蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法选取鼻咽癌黏膜组织93例(病例组)和鼻咽部慢性炎症黏膜组织30例(对照组),采用免疫组织化学检测2组标本中的LDHA蛋白、Ki67蛋白表达水平,并分析LDHA蛋白、Ki67蛋白与鼻咽癌发生、发展的关系。结果病例组的LDHA蛋白与Ki67蛋白阳性表达率分别是77.42%与72.04%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期鼻咽癌患者病灶组织中LDHA蛋白与Ki67蛋白阳性表达率分别是83.58%与79.10%,均高于Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期鼻咽癌患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);发生淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌患者病灶组织中的LDHA蛋白与Ki67蛋白阳性表达率分别是84.42%与77.92%,均高于未发生淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Spearman相关分析,LDHA蛋白表达与Ki67蛋白表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌组织中LDHA蛋白与Ki67蛋白与鼻咽癌肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,并且在鼻咽癌的发生、发展以及淋巴结转移中起协同作用,对鼻咽癌的早期诊断及其预后判断可提供一定的参考。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of lactate dehydrogenase A(LDHA)protein and Ki67 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods A total of 93 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(case group)and 30 cases of chronic nasopharyngeal inflammation(control group)which were collected were involved in this study.Immunohistochemistry was performed for detection of LDHA and Ki67 protein.Clinical significance of LDHA,Ki67 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma including occurrence and development were determined.Results The positive rates of LDHA protein and Ki67 protein in the case group were 77.42% and 72.04% respectively,which were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of LDHA protein and Ki67 protein in the lesions of stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ NPC patients were 83.58% and 79.10% respectively,which were higher than those in stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ NPC patients.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of LDHA protein and Ki67 protein in NPC patients with lymph node metastasis were 84.42% and 77.92% respectively,which were higher than NPC patients without lymph node metastasis.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that LDHA protein expression was positively correlated with Ki67 protein expression(P<0.05).Conclusion LDHA protein and Ki67 protein are closely related to the occurrence and development of NPC,and play a synergistic role in the occurrence,development and lymph node metastasis of NPC,which can provide some reference for the early diagnosis and prognosis of NPC.
