摘　　要：智慧公路是公路现代化的重要标志和高质量发展的演进形态.我国拥有世界上最庞大的高速公路网络、最复杂的车路应用场景和超大规模的公路线网,发展智慧公路具有巨大潜力和广阔空间。本文探讨了智慧公路相关概念,并对我国智慧公路发展情况进行了系统梳理,重点评述了国家对智慧公路的相关支持政策和成效,并在战略定位、技术合作、政策法规、基础设施、未来展望等方面提出了发展思路。Smart highway is the evolution pattern and significant symbol of highway modernization and high-quality development.China has the largest expressway network,the most complicated vehicle and infrastructure application scenario and super-large scale highway network.Developing the smart highway has the great potential and broad prospect.This article discusses the concept of smart highway,sorts out the development of the smart highway,reviews the policy and effect of the smart highway.At last,strategic positioning,technological cooperation,policies and regulations,infrastructure and future prospect of smart highway are proposed.
