摘  要:目前新型冠状病毒即严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-CoV-2)正在全球肆虐,由其引发的新冠肺炎疫情已经酿成全球重大灾难事件,对全人类的公共卫生安全构成严峻挑战和重大威胁。因此,精确快速的检测病毒对制定恰当的诊疗方案、发现传染源和遏制疫情传播具有重大意义。病毒的检测分析技术不仅在病毒的快速筛查和早期诊断中起着重要作用,而且可以在药物和疫苗的研发过程中,用来测定血浆中的病毒载量,评价疫苗效力和宿主免疫应答反应,以此来指导疫苗和药物研发。因此,本文针对新型冠状病毒SARS-CoV-2综述了包括基因测序、核酸检测、血清免疫学检测和基因编辑技术等在内的检测分析研究进展,旨在为疫情防控和药物研发提供方法参考和技术借鉴。The novel coronavirus(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2) pneumonia is now being ravaged worldwide and the epidemic has become a major global disaster that poses serious challenges and threats to public health and safety of all mankind. It is of great significance to detect and diagnose the infection accurately and quickly,thus to make proper diagnosis and treatment plan possible in preventing the spread as well as tracing the infection origin of the epidemic. Virus detection and analysis technology plays an important role in the rapid screening and early diagnosis of virus,and could be used to determine the viral load in plasma,to evaluate the efficacy of vaccine and to sense the host immune response in the process of drug and vaccine development,so as to guide vaccine and drug development. To give a general vision,virus detection and analysis technology against novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 are reviewed in this paper,including gene sequencing,nucleic acid detection,serum immunological testing and gene editing technology,aiming to provide better understanding on curbing outbreaks and promoting drug discovery.
