临床先导教学结合迷你临床演练评估在肿瘤专科护士核心能力培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床先导教学(OTD)结合迷你临床演练评估(mini-CEX)在肿瘤专科护士核心能力培训中的应用及效果评价。方法将2018年苏州市肿瘤专科护士培训班38名学员作为对照组,进行常规培训;选取2019年苏州市肿瘤专科护士培训班学员40名为观察组,采用OTD结合mini-CEX培训。培训结束后比较两组护士理论成绩、操作成绩、临床工作能力及专科核心能力。结果观察组肿瘤专科护士的理论、操作、临床工作能力成绩[(89.85±4.85)分、(94.78±2.65)分、(91.60±4.26)分]均高于对照组[(86.18±6.42)分、(90.34±4.19)分、(88.53±4.59)分],差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。观察组肿瘤专科护士的专科核心能力总分及各维度中组织协调能力、交流沟通能力、教学培训能力、评判性思维能力、自我调适能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论OTD结合mini-CEX培训模式有利于提高肿瘤专科护士的知识水平和操作技能,并能有效提高肿瘤专科护士的核心护理能力。Objective To explore the effect of observation-teaching-discussion(OTD)combined with mini clinical exercise evaluation(mini-CEX)in the core competence training for nurses of oncology department.Methods Thirty-eight trainees from the 2018 Suzhou Oncology Nurse Training Course were selected as the control group who received routine training.Forty trainees from the 2019 Suzhou Oncology Nurse Training Course were selected as the observation group where OTD combined with mini-CEX training was applied.After the training,theoretical scores,operational scores,clinical practice abilities and core competences of specialties of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results The theoretical,operational and clinical practice ability scores of the nurses in observation group([89.85±4.85]points,[94.78±2.65]points,[91.60±4.26]points)were higher than those of the control group([86.18±6.42]points,[90.34±4.19]points,[88.53±4.59]points)significantly(P<0.01).The total scores of the core competency of nursing trainees in the observation group and the scores of organization and coordination,communication,teaching and training,critical thinking,and self-adjustment in each dimension were higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions OTD combined with the mini-CEX mode is beneficial to improve the knowledge and operating skills of nurses in oncology department and effectively improve the core nursing ability of oncology nurses.
