摘 要:目的探究叙事教育法对传染科实习护生焦虑抑郁情绪及临床能力的影响。方法以2019年6月至10月于南通大学附属第三医院传染科实习的护生120人为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60人。对照组采用常规带教方法,观察组实施叙事教育法,比较两组实习护生焦虑抑郁情绪、综合能力及临床能力。结果带教前,观察组护生焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);带教后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),综合能力中的专业品质、个人素质、评判性思维能力、沟通协作能力、专业发展能力五项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),理论考核与操作考核分数也均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论叙事教育法应用在传染科实习带教中,有助于缓解实习护生焦虑抑郁情绪,进而提高其综合能力及临床能力。Objective To explore the influence of Narrative Education on anxiety,depression and clinical ability of interns in infectious department.Methods A total of 120 nursing interns in infectious department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from June to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The interns in control group were taught by conventional teaching method.And the interns in observation group were treated with Narrative Education method.The anxiety,depression,comprehensive ability and clinical ability of the two groups were compared.Results There was no difference of SAS score and SDS score between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the professional quality score,personal quality score,critical thinking ability score,communication and collaboration ability score,the score of professional development ability,theoretical assessment score and operational assessment score in observation group were higher than those of the control group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions The method of Narrative Education can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of nursing students in the infectious department,and improve the comprehensive ability and clinical ability of the nursing students.
