摘 要:目的:探究身材矮小儿童骨龄和双能X线骨密度的特点及其相关因素。方法:对我院内分泌科2018年1月—2019年6月因身材矮小进行检查并接受治疗的104例患儿进行回顾性研究。结果:104例身材矮小儿童的单因素相关性分析显示,骨密度值随着年龄、身高、体质量的增加而增加,呈正相关,骨龄也随之增加,但骨密度与身高、体质量相关性偏低,与年龄关系较为密切。结论:儿童身材矮小在一定程度上受骨龄和骨密度等因素的影响,加强对儿童骨密度和骨龄的检测,可早期发现儿童身材矮小,并给予相应干预措施。Objective To explore the characteristics of bone age and dual energy X-ray bone mineral density(BMD)in children with short stature.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,104 children with short stature were examined and treated in our department of Endocrinology.Results The univariate correlation analysis of 104 short stature children showed that BMD increased with the increase of age,height and body weight,and was positively correlated with bone age.However,the correlation between BMD and height and body mass was low,but it was closely related to age.Conclusion Children's short stature is affected by bone age and bone mineral density to a certain extent.Strengthening the detection of children's bone mineral density and bone age can early detect children's short stature and give corresponding intervention measures.
