摘　　要：目的探讨氨磺必利联合奥氮平对精神分裂症患者神经认知功能的影响。方法选择2016年5月至2019年7月本院收治的88例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,各44例。对照组口服奥氮平片进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用氨磺必利片进行治疗。比较两组患者阴阳性症状、认知功能及记忆能力。结果治疗后,观察组阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理症状、总评分均低于对照组,观察组持续错误数及随机错误数评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者正确数、完成分类数及WMS评分比较差异无统计学意义。结论采用氨磺必利联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者,可有效降低患者阴性症状与阳性症状评分,利于提升患者认知功能。Objective To investigate the effect of amisulpride combined with olanzapine on the neurocognitive function of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 88 patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from May 2016 to July 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine tablets orally,and the observation group was treated with amisulpride tablets on the basis of the control group.The negative-positive symptoms,cognitive function and memory ability were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the positive symptoms,negative symptoms,general psychopathological symptoms,and total score in the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The scores of continuous errors and random errors of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the correct number,the number of completed classifications,and the WMS score between the two groups.Conclusion The combined treatment of amisulpride and olanzapine in patients with schizophrenia can effectively reduce the negative and positive symptoms scores of patients,and help improve the cognitive function of patients.
