分析腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与传统开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析在子宫肌瘤的治疗中应用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术以及传统开腹手术治疗的临床疗效。方法选择本院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的68例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,以方便抽样法分为常规组与研究组,各34例。常规组行传统开腹手术治疗,研究组行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,比较两组临床效果、治疗指标及并发症发生情况。结果研究组临床总有效率高于常规组,手术用时及住院时间均短于常规组,术中出血量少于常规组,术后排气时间早于常规组,并发症发生率低于常规组,术后3、5、7 d疼痛评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论治疗子宫肌瘤应用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的效果显著优于传统开腹手术,不仅能降低相关并发症发生率,而且还可促进患者术后恢复,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of laparoscopic myomectomy and traditional open surgery in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods 68 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the routine group and the research group by convenient sampling method,with 34 cases in each group.The conventional group underwent traditional laparotomy,and the research group underwent laparoscopic myomectomy.The clinical effects,treatment indicators and complications between the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,the operation time and hospital stay time were shorter than those of the conventional group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than the conventional group,the postoperative exhaust time was earlier than the conventional group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the conventional group,The pain scores of 3,5,and 7 days after operation were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of uterine fibroids,the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy is significantly better than traditional open surgery.It can not only reduce the incidence of related complications,but also promote good postoperative recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
