摘　　要：患者,女,77岁。因左侧面部肿物3个月就诊。皮损组织病理检查:肿瘤位于真皮内,累及皮下脂肪层,瘤细胞排列呈巢团状、弥漫片状,核大深染,异型、核分裂相易见,切缘可见肿瘤细胞。诊断为Merkel细胞癌。A 77-year-old female presented with red mass on the left cheek for three months.Histopathology revealed the tumor was located in the dermis,involving the subcutaneous fat layer.The dense tumor cells with deep-dyed big nucleolus,atypia and mitotic figures were arranged in nests.Tumor cells were seen at the incision margin.The diagnosis of Merkel-cell carcinoma was made.
