泪道激光联合引流管植入术治疗泪道阻塞100例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨泪道激光联合引流管植入术治疗泪道阻塞病人的临床疗效。方法选择2013年1月至2016年12月间来廊坊市人民医院进行治疗的200例泪道阻塞病人为研究对象,按简单随机化法按1∶1分成研究组及对照组,每组100例(100眼);对照组病人采用泪道激光成形术,研究组病人采用泪道激光联合引流管植入术进行治疗,比较两组病人的疗效及并发症发生率。结果研究组泪道阻塞病人的治愈率77%(77/100)、总有效率90%(90/100)均高于对照组的治愈率62%(62/100)和总有效率78%(78/100)(P<0.05),研究组中泪小管阻塞、鼻泪管阻塞病人及对照组中鼻泪管阻塞病人的治疗总有效率均高于慢性泪囊炎病人(P<0.05);研究组病人并发症的发生率与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论泪道激光联合引流管植入术是治疗泪道阻塞的有效方法,可在临床应用中进一步推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of lacrimal duct laser combined with drainage tube implantation in patients with lacrimal duct obstruction.Methods A total of 200 patients with lacrimal duct obstruction treated in People’s Hospital of Langfang from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected and assigned into study group and control group by simple randomiza⁃tion with a 1∶1 allocation ratio,100 cases(100 eyes)in each group.The control group underwent lacrimal duct laser plasty while the study group underwent lacrimal duct laser combined with drainage tube implantation.The efficacy and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The cure rate of patients with lacrimal duct obstruction in the study group was 77%(77/100),higher than that in the control group[62%(62/100)],and the total effective rate was 90%(90/100),also higher than that of the control group[78%(78/100),P<0.05].Patients in the study group who had obstruction of the lacrimal duct,obstruction of the na⁃solacrimal duct,and patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction in the control group had higher total effective rate than patients with chronic dacryocystitis(P<0.05).No difference was found in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lacrimal laser combined with drainage tube implantation is an effective method for the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction,which can be further promoted for clinical applications.
