摘 要:旋转机械系统故障问题出现次数越来越频繁,其中大部分故障是由轴承故障引起的,其中滚动轴承故障引起的旋转机械系统故障最为常见。故本文以6205-2RS深沟球轴承为研究对象,运用CATIA三维软件建立深沟球轴承的三维模型,通过有限元ANSYS分析软件对其进行模态分析,利用ANSYS分析深沟球轴承模态得到其前六阶固有频率,以及各阶频率下轴承的变形量。分析结果表明,轴承在正常工况下,随着加载频率增大,变形幅度增大,在轴承固有频率附近达到最大变形,轴承内圈的故障振动频率与轴承内圈的正常振动频率相比,会在幅频特性曲线图中出现有规律的尖点。The number of failures of rotating machinery system is more and more frequent.Most of the faults are caused by bearing faults.The faults of rotating machinery system caused by rolling bearing faults are the most common.6205-2RS deep groove ball bearing is the research object,this paper uses CATIA to build three-dimensional model of deep groove ball bearings.This paper uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to carry on the modal analysis,and gets the first eight natural frequencies and the deformation of each order frequency bearing.The analysis results indicate that the normal bearing and fault bearing in normal condition,with the increase of loading frequency,deformation increased,reached the maximum deformation in the vicinity of the natural frequency of the bearing,compared to normal bearing vibration frequency,regular cusps appear in the amplitude frequency characteristic curve for the inner ring of the bearing fault vibration frequency.
