摘  要:建立了固相萃取-气相色谱-多重串联质谱测定方法,对塑料包装食用油(精炼豆油)中的多环芳烃进行定性定量测定。结果表明:检测限为0.60~1.93μg/kg,定量限为0.18~0.58μg/kg,相关系数大于0.99665;该检测法对挥发性较强的萘、苊类物质的回收率较低,其余芳烃类物质的回收率均为71.4%~101.2%,相对标准偏差为3.0%~6.4%;150~300℃时,精炼豆油中的轻质多环芳烃受热挥发或分解,温度高于350℃时,发生复杂化合反应重新生成了重质多环芳烃,随着加热时间延长,豆油中形成的多环芳烃总量不断增加。A new solid phase extraction-gas chromatography-multiple tandem mass spectrometry method was established for the qualitative and quantitative determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in plastic packaging edible oil(refined soybean oil).The results show that the detection limit is between 0.60 and 1.93μg/kg,the quantitative limit is 0.18-0.58μg/kg,and the correlation coefficient is larger than 0.99665.The recovery of volatile naphthalene and acenaphthene is low,while the recovery of other aromatics are from 71.4%to 101.2%,whose relative deviation range is within 3.0%to 6.4%.The light PAHs in refined soybean oil are volatilized or decomposed by heat at 150~300℃.Heavy PAHs are regenerated and increased by complex reaction when the temperature is above 350℃and with the increase of heating time.
