基于供应链管理思想下公众对政府电子化服务满意度的调查研究--以河南省巩义市为例

摘　　要：近年来,随着国家对推进政府电子化服务的提倡,我国电子政务飞速发展,电子化服务虽然在我国政府公共事物管理中已经取得了部分显著成效,但是仍然存在一定的不足。文中以供应链管理核心思想为基础,设置调查问卷,关于巩义市市民对市政府电子化服务的看法进行调查,通过对调查数据分析,找出巩义市政府在推进电子化服务方面存在的不足,进而提出合理化建议,力图使巩义市政府在向市民提供电子化服务过程中做得更好,提高市民满意度。In recent years,with the advocacy of the government to promote government electronic services,my country s e-government has developed rapidly.Although electronic services have achieved some significant results in the management of public affairs in our government,there are still certain deficiencies.Based on the core ideas of supply chain management,this article sets up a questionnaire to investigate the opinions of the citizens of Gongyi City on the electronic service of the municipal government.Through analysis of the survey data,it finds out the deficiencies of the government of Gongyi City in promoting electronic services Furthermore,it puts forward reasonable suggestions,and strives to make the Gongyi Municipal Government do a better job in providing electronic services to the citizens and improve the satisfaction of the citizens.
