氨磺必利联合劳拉西泮治疗紧张型精神分裂症的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察氨磺必利联合劳拉西泮治疗紧张型精神分裂症的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年2月笔者所在医院收治的88例紧张型精神分裂症患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组44例。对比组采用氨磺必利片治疗,研究组采用氨磺必利联合劳拉西泮治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:对比组治疗总有效率为75.00%,低于研究组的97.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组PANSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PANSS评分均有所降低,且研究组低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组BPRS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组BPRS评分均有所降低,且研究组低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氨磺必利联合劳拉西泮治疗紧张型精神分裂的应用效果更佳,两种药物在共同使用后可起到协同的作用,提高治疗效果。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Amisulpride combined with Lorazepam in the treatment of tension schizophrenia.Method:A total of 88 patients with tension schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Amisulpride Tablets,while the study group was treated with Amisulpride combined with Lorazepam.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the control was 75.00%,which was lower than 97.73% in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PANSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PANSS scores of both groups were reduced,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in BPRS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,The BPRS score of both groups were reduced,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Amisulpride combined with Lorazepam in the treatment of tension schizophrenia is better,and the two drugs can play a synergistic role in improving the treatment effect.
