宫颈冷刀锥切术中S100止血绫的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨S100吸收性止血绫在宫颈冷刀锥切术中的止血作用。方法:选择124例行宫颈冷刀锥切术的宫颈上皮内瘤变(CINⅡ和CINⅢ)患者为研究对象。根据止血方法,分为对照组和观察组,各62例。对照组给予电凝止血,观察组给予创面填塞S100吸收性止血绫止血。对比两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后出血及术后4周宫颈复原情况。结果:观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间(22.55±8.14)ml、(26.70±5.08)min显著优于对照组的(39.75±12.26)ml和(37.32±7.63)min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后出血率是0,明显低于对照组的19.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且及术后4周宫颈复原情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈冷刀锥切术后使用S100吸收性止血绫止血,效果好,操作简单。Objective:To investigation the hemostasis effect of S100 hemostatic silk of cervix on cold knife conization.Method:A total of 124 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia who underwent cervical cold knife conization were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by different hemostatic methods,62 cases in each group.The control group were given electrocoagulation hemostasis.The observation group was filled with S100 hemostatic silk.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative bleeding and cervical recovery 4 weeks after operation were compared between the two groups.Result:The intraoperative blood loss,operation time in the observation group[(22.55±8.14)ml,(26.70±5.08)min]were significantly better than those in the control group[(39.75±12.26)ml,(37.32±7.63)min],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative bleeding rate of the observation group was 0,which was significantly lower than 19.35% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cervical recovery in 4 weeks after operation was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The S100 absorbable hemostatic has good hemostatic effect and simple operation on the cold knife conization.
