摘 要:目的:观察骨增量技术应用于牙槽骨严重缺损植骨重建种植修复中的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年6月本院收治的50例牙槽骨严重缺损患者作为研究对象,应用骨增量技术治疗,针对不同缺损类型给予相应的植骨重建种植修复,对种植修复效果予以评估,随访治疗前后牙齿松动度改善情况。结果:经过不同骨增量技术治疗,50例患者中,植骨成功48例,植骨成功率为96.0%(48/50),植骨存活46例,存活率95.8%(46/48);对患者进行种植修复,完全存活40例,完全存活率为83.3%(40/48),患者满意度为93.8%(45/48);治疗后,牙齿松动0度42例、Ⅰ度5例、Ⅱ度1例,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙槽骨缺损类型复杂多样,针对不同缺损类型给予相应骨增量技术治疗,能够提升植骨成功率、存活率,改善牙齿松动度,疗效可靠,可予以推广。Objective:To observe the effect of bone incremental technique in reconstruction and restoration of severe alveolar bone defects with bone graft.Method:A total of 50 patients with severe alveolar bone defects treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.The bone incremental technique was applied to treat the defect,and corresponding bone graft reconstruction was performed according to different types of bone defects.The effect of planting restoration was evaluated,the improvement of tooth looseness before and after treatment was followed.Result:After treatment with different bone incremental techniques,48 of 50 patients had successful bone grafting,the success rate of bone grafting was 96.0%(48/50),and 46 cases of bone grafting survived,with a survival rate of 95.8%(46/48).Implant restoration was treated on the patients,40 cases survived,with a survival rate of 83.3%(40/48),and the patient satisfaction was 93.8%(45/48).After treatment,teeth loosening degree 0 was 42 cases,degree Ⅰ of 5 cases,and degree Ⅱ of 1 case,the differences were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The types of alveolar bone defects are complex and diverse.The treatment of different types of alveolar bone defects with corresponding bone incremental technology can improve the success rate and survival rate of bone grafting,improve the degree of tooth loosening,with reliable curative effect,and can be popularized.
