摘  要:法国高速铁路技术走在世界前列,积累了许多成熟的经验;我国高速铁路钢轨标准已和欧洲高速铁路发达国家接轨,钢轨制造装备和工艺、实物质量水平等已达世界先进水平,但在基础研究、运营维护等方面仍存在差距。从高速铁路钢轨标准、钢轨制造、钢轨使用、养护维修、伤损修复、大修周期等方面,介绍我国和法国高速铁路钢轨技术,并进行对比。在分析中法钢轨技术差异的基础上,提出我国高速铁路钢轨需在基础理论研究、检测监测和养护维修技术等方面借鉴国外先进成熟的技术,走创新发展之路的建议。France has been at the forefront of most other countries regarding the technology of high-speed rail and has accumulated much relevant experience along the way.Some of the rail standards of China's high-speed railway,such as equipment and techniques for manufacturing,and the quality of products,are now comparable to their excellent European counterparts,while gaps still exist in terms of research,operation,and maintenance.This thesis introduces and compares the rail technology of high-speed railway in China and France from the aspects of standard,manufacturing,usage,maintenance,damage repair,and overhaul cycles.Based on the analysis of differences in the rail technology between China and France,it proposes that China,on the one hand,need to learn from abroad advanced and mature rail technologies in terms of theoretical research,inspection,monitoring,and maintenance;and on the other hand,should take the road of innovation-driven development at the same time.
