摘　　要：就业是残疾人能够参与社会活动、和谐融入社会并且体现自我价值的一个重要途径。新中国成立以来,残疾人就业政策经历了关注生理与安全需求的生存保障阶段、关注社交需求的社会融合阶段和关注尊重需求的权利扩展阶段。然而,当前我国残疾人的就业情况并不乐观,供给侧结构性改革的推进对残疾人就业环境中的劳动力供给质量、需求缺口和供需匹配提出了新的要求。因此,创新残疾人就业政策势在必行,完善残疾人劳动力的供给政策、优化各类就业形式的相应政策、强化残疾人劳动力供需的匹配政策、加强无障碍环境建设,是助力更多残疾人实现就业的可行之策。Employment is an important way for the disabled to participate in social activities,integrate into society harmoniously and reflect their self-worth.Since the founding of the PRC,the employment policy for the disabled has gone through the stages of survival guarantee,social integration and rights expansion.However,the current employment situation of the disabled in China is not optimistic.The promotion of supply side structural reform puts forward new requirements for the quality of labor supply,demand gap and matching of supply and demand in the employment environment for the disabled.Therefore,it is imperative to innovate the employment policy for the disabled.It is feasible to improve the supply policy of disabled labor force,optimize the corresponding policies of various forms of employment,strengthen the matching policy of supply and demand of disabled labor force,and strengthen the construction of barrier free environment.
