摘　　要：目的探讨鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(SCCA)、癌胚抗原(CEA)在宫颈癌中的表达及意义。方法选择宫颈癌患者72例作为宫颈癌组,同期选择体检的健康人群72例作为对照组。采集两组的空腹静脉血样本,采用酶联免疫法检测血清SCC、CEA含量并判断诊断价值。结果宫颈癌组的血清SCCA与CEA水平都显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。宫颈癌组的SCCA与CEA阳性率分别为34.7%、38.9%,对照组为4.2%、6.9%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析显示SCCA、CEA、联合检测诊断宫颈癌的敏感性、特异性都在60%~85%左右;Cox比例风险模型分析显示SCCA、CEA都为宫颈癌发生的主要独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论SCCA、CEA在宫颈癌患者中呈现高表达状况,两者诊断宫颈癌的敏感性与特异性都比较高,且是宫颈癌发生的重要影响因素。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of squamous cell carcinoma associated antigen(SCCA)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in cervical cancer.Methods 72 patients with cervical cancer were selected as the cervical cancer group.72 healthy people who were selected for physical examination as the control group.The fasting venous blood samples of the 2 groups were collected,and the serum SCC and CEA levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and the diagnostic values were judged.Results The serum SCCA and CEA levels in the cervical cancer group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of SCCA and CEA in the cervical cancer group were 34.7%and 38.9%,respectively,and those in the control group were 4.2%and 6.9%,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Receiver Operating Characteristic curve analysis showed that the sensitivity and specificity of SCCA,CEA,and combined detection of cervical cancer were between 60%and 85%.The Cox proportional hazard model analysis showed that SCCA and CEA were the main independent risk factors for the occurrence of cervical cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion SCCA and CEA have high expression status in cervical cancer patients.The sensitivity and specificity of cervical cancer diagnosis are relatively high,and they are important influencing factor of cervical cancer.
