摘　　要：目的探讨自体CIK细胞治疗鼻咽癌对患者肿瘤标志物、免疫功能的影响。方法选取鼻咽癌患者58例,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组仅行常规放化疗,观察组加用自体CIK细胞回输治疗。记录患者生活质量改善情况、体质量增加情况、EB病毒指标、免疫指标和疗效。结果观察组食欲改善率(48.28%)较对照组(27.59%)高,放疗3个月体重增加较对照组明显(P<0.05)。放化疗结束后3个月观察组DNA、EA-IgG、EA-IgA、VCA-IgA低于对照组(P<0.05)。放化疗结束后3个月,观察组Th1/Th2、CD4+/CD8+、CD4+、CD3+较对照组高(P<0.05)。2组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自体CIK细胞联合放化疗治疗鼻咽癌能提高患者食欲,降低EBV抗体滴度,改善免疫功能,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of autologous CIK cells on the expression of tumor markers and immune function in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 58 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who underwent radiotherapy and chemotherapy were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received only routine radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The observation group was treated with autologous CIK cells.Treatment;record the improvement of patients'quality of life,increase in body mass,EB virus index,immune index and efficacy.Results The improvement rate of appetite in the observation group(48.28%)was higher than that in the control group(27.59%).The weight gain in the 3 months after radiotherapy was heavier than that in the control group(P<0.05).DNA,EA-IgG,EA-IgA,and VCA-IgA were observed 3 months after the end of chemoradiotherapy(P<0.05).Three months after the end of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,the observed group had higher Th1/Th2,CD4+/CD8+,CD4+,and CD3+than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Autologous CIK cells combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma can improve appetite,reduce EBV antibody titer and improve immune function.It is worthy of promotion.
