摘  要:为了更好地诊断与防控兔产气荚膜梭菌病,采用分离培养鉴定与免疫组织化学方法对山东省临沂和新泰2个规模化兔场疑似产气荚膜梭菌病兔进行综合诊断,并对病兔分离的病原菌的血清型、耐药性等生物学特性进行检测。结果显示:病兔免疫组化检测阳性率显著高于分离培养阳性率,共从病兔肝脏分离到9株病原菌,经多重PCR鉴定均为A型产气荚膜梭菌,新泰分离株β-内酰胺类等药物的耐药率明显提高。新泰菌株T12菌株产毒能力最高。表明病原分离培养与免疫组化方法相结合可以减少兔产气荚膜梭菌病的漏诊率;兔产气荚膜梭菌部分流行株耐药性显著增强,产毒能力存在显著差异,在药物治疗和疫苗研制时应予注意。In order to better diagnose and prevent Clostridium perfringens(C.perfringens)in rabbits,isolation,cultivation and immunohistochemical methods were used to diagnose the suspected C.perfringens diseases in two large-scale rabbit farms in Linyi and Xintai,Shandong Province.Biological characteristics such as serotypes and antibiotic resistance of isolates from diseased rabbits were also analyzed.The results showed that the positive rate of immunohistochemistry in diseased rabbits was significantly higher than that in isolated and cultured.A total of nine strains of C.perfringens were isolated from the livers of diseased rabbits.All of them were identified as C.perfringens type A by multiplex PCR.The resistance rate of isolates in Xintai againstβ-lactam and other antibiotics was significantly improved.The ability of Xintai strain T12 to produce toxin was the highest.The combination of pathogen isolation and cultivation with immunohistochemical method can reduce the rate of missed diagnosis of C.perfringens in rabbits,and the antimicrobial susceptibility of some prevalent strains of C.perfringens is significantly increased and there are significant differences in virulence.Thus,attention should be paid to drug therapy and vaccine development.
