摘  要:目的分析不同来源的肠球菌分离株的耐药情况。方法采集儿童医院患者粪便标本55份;猪、牛、鸡肉50份;土壤和江河湖水55份;水果和蔬菜各50份。选择性肠球菌肉汤增菌、m EI显色平板分离、生化及PCR鉴定。对检出的肠球菌使用微量肉汤稀释法,用含15种抗生素的药敏板进行抗药性最低抑菌浓度(MIC)检测。结果255份样品中共检出肠球菌174株,总检出率为68.2%。其中猪、牛、鸡肉肠球菌检出率高达96.0%;其次是蔬菜(80.0%)、水果(76.0%)、患者粪便(72.7%)、土壤和江河湖水(16.0%)。患者粪便中检出的肠球菌耐药率高的为红霉素(85.0%);水果和蔬菜中检出的肠球菌耐药率高的为四环素(43.6%);猪、牛、鸡肉中检出的肠球菌耐药率高的为四环素(89.6%)。结论本次检出的肠球菌存在多种抗生素耐药,且多重耐药严重。应高度重视和加强肠球菌的耐药性监测,以保证食品安全和人类健康。Objective The purpose of this study is to analyze the drug resistance of Enterococci isolates from different sources.Methods Fifty-five fecal samples were collected from patients in children's hospital.Another 50 samples of pig,cow and chicken,55 samples of soil and rivers water,and 50 samples of fruit and vegetables were collected into this study.Selective Enterococcus broth was conducted for enriched culture medium,isolation by mEI color plate,biochemical and PCR identification.Microbroth dilution method was used to detect Enterococci,and mics were detected with a drug sensitive plate containing 15 antibiotics.Results A total of 174 Enterococci strains were detected in 255 samples,with a total detection rate of 68.2%.Among them,the detection rate of Enterococci in porcine,cattle and chicken was as high as 96.0%;followed by vegetables(80.0%),fruits(76.0%),patient feces(72.7%),soil,river and lake water(16.0%).The high drug resistance rate of Enterococci was erythromycin(85.0%)in the feces of the patients.The high drug resistance rate of Enterococci in fruits and vegetables was tetracycline(43.6%).The drug resistance rate of enterococci to tetracycline was the highest in pigs,cattle and chicken(89.6%).Conclusion The Enterococci detected this time have multiple antibiotic resistance,and multiple drug resistance is serious.To ensure food safety and human health,the surveillance of drug resistance of Enterococci should be strengthened.
