多种促醒方法联合应用对于重型颅脑损伤昏迷患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨多种促醒方法联合应用对促使重型颅脑损伤昏迷患者的意识恢复的临床效果。方法:选取2016年7月至2019年7月内蒙古赤峰市医院收治的重型颅脑损伤昏迷患者68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组采用常规促醒方法,观察组在常规促醒方法基础上采用亲情抚摸、语言呼唤、音乐疗法、电刺激疗法等促醒方法,收集分析2组患者的清醒时间和昏迷程度。结果:治疗前2组患者GCS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1周后观察组患者GCS评分明显高于对照组,并且观察组患者的清醒时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于重型颅脑损伤昏迷患者来说,在常规促醒方法上,采用多种促醒方法联合应用,能够缩短患者的清醒时间,提高患者的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combined application of various wake-up promoting methods on consciousness recovery of comatose patients with severe brain injury.Methods:A total of 68 comatose patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional wake-up promotion methods,while the observation group was given family touch,language call,music therapy and electrical stimulation on the basis of the conventional wake-up promotion methods.The awake time and coma degree of the two groups were collected and analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in GCS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After one week of treatment,the GCS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the awake time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the comatose patients with severe craniocerebral injury,the combination of various wake-up promoting methods can shorten the wake-up time of patients and improve the clinical effect of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
