程序化护理管理对风湿免疫科住院患者失眠率的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究对风湿免疫科住院患者开展程序化护理管理的价值。方法:选取2017年3月至2019年9月福建医科大学附属第一医院风湿免疫科收治的住院患者83例作为研究对象,根据护理模式差异分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=43);观察住院期间2组失眠率、精准服药率以及护理前后2组舒适度改善情况。结果:1)观察组失眠率6.9%、精准服药率20.0%,对照组分别为97.6%、85.0%,P<0.05。2)护理后观察组心理、生理、环境、社会等舒适程度各项指标评分较高,P<0.05。结论:对风湿免疫科住院患者开展护理管理,建议采纳程序化护理管理模式,在降低患者住院期间失眠率、提升精准服药率以及改善舒适度方面有显著价值。Objective:To study the value of procedural nursing management for patients in rheumatology and Immunology Department.Methods:A total of 83 inpatients from rheumatology and Immunology Department of our hospital from March 2017 to September 2019 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different groups of nursing mode.The insomnia rate,accurate drug taking rate and the improvement of comfort before and after nursing were observed.Results:1)the insomnia rate of the observation group was 6.9%and the accurate drug taking rate was 20.0%,the control group was 97.6%and 85.0%,respectively,P<0.05.2)The scores of psychological,physiological,environmental and social comfort in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:To carry out nursing management for inpatients in rheumatology and Immunology Department,it is suggested to adopt procedural nursing management mode,which has significant value in reducing insomnia rate,improving accurate drug taking rate and improving comfort.
