基于失眠为主要表现的抑郁症患者的脑电图研究

摘　　要：目的:观察以失眠为主要表现的抑郁症患者的脑电图情况。方法:选取2018年10月至2019年10月厦门医学院附属仙岳医院的以失眠为主要表现的抑郁症患者70例为观察组;同时选取同期健康体检者70例为对照组。比较2组的脑电图检查结果,并比较不同年龄与病程者的脑电图异常率。结果:观察组的脑电图异常率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),41~50岁患者脑电图异常率最高,其次为31~40岁的患者;同时,病程时间在12个月以上者脑电图异常率最高,其次为病程在3~12个月患者,最低为病程在3个月以下患者。结论:以失眠症状为主的抑郁症患者的脑电图异常率较高,且以青中年患者所占比例最高;随着患者病程增长,患者脑电图异常率也表现出升高的趋势,但仅最长病程显著高于最短病程,相邻病程比较差异无统计学意义。Objective:To observe the EEG situation of patients with depression whose main manifestation is insomnia.Methods:A total of 70 patients with insomnia as the main manifestation of depression in Xianyue Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen Medical College from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study group,and 70 persons with physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.Then the EEG examination of two groups were compared,and the EEG examination abnormal rates of patients with different age and course distribution were compared too.Results:The EEG abnormal rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the EEG abnormal rate of patients with 41 to 50 ears old was highest,the second was the patients aged 31 to 40,the EEG abnormal rate of patients with a course of more than 12 months,the second was patients with course of 3 to months,the rate of patients with a course of less than 3 months is lowest.Conclusion:The abnormal rate of EEG in the patients with insomnia is highest,and the proportion of young and middle-aged patients is highest;with the increase of the course of disease,the abnormal rate of EEG also shows an increasing trend,but only the longest course is significantly higher than that of shortest course,and there is no significant difference between the adjacent courses.
