摘  要:文章采用线上问卷调查法,以南京邮电大学的在校大学生为研究对象,对新冠疫情期间大学生网络学习满意度进行调查并进行影响因素分析。调查结果显示,大学生对此次网络学习满意度平均得分为3.92分,满意度较高;其中自然科学类专业学生对此次网络学习满意度要显著高于人文社科类专业学生;学生更倾向于在线直播、提前录播等多种授课方式结合的形式。研究采用多元线性回归模型进行网络学习满意度影响因素分析,结果表明:外界支持、师生互动、教学内容和生生互动对大学生网络学习满意度均有显著的正向影响,从各因素对大学生网络学习满意度的影响程度看,外界支持>教学内容>师生互动>生生互动。研究建议增强外界支持力度、丰富教学内容,优化教学设计、增强网络课堂的交流互动性,以提高学生的网络学习满意程度。This article adopts the online questionnaire method,taking the students of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications as the research object,carries on the investigation and influencing factor analysis of college students’online learning satisfaction during COVID-19.The results show that:(1)their average satisfaction score is 3.92,which is relatively high;(2)among them,the satisfaction scores of natural science majors are significantly higher than those of humanities and social sciences majors;(3)students prefer the combination of online broadcast and advanced broadcast.This study adopts the multiple linear regression model to analyze the influencing factors of online learning satisfaction.The results show that external support,interaction between teachers and students,teaching content and interaction between students and students have significant positive influence on their satisfaction degree.Their rank is external support>teaching content>interaction between teachers and students>interaction between students and students.The research advises strengthening external support,enriching teaching content,optimizing teaching design,enhancing the interaction of online classes,so as to improve students’online learning satisfaction.
