摘 要:文章通过向浙江省某市政污水处理厂CAST系统中添加不同载体,构建MBBR-CAST组合工艺,对其进行原位提标改造,并探讨不同载体对MBBR-CAST系统中微生物群落结构的影响。改造完成后的CAST系统出水COD、NH3-N、TN和TP均值都达到浙江省《城镇污水处理厂主要水污染物排放标准》(DB 33/2169-2018)。利用Miseq高通量测序方法对MBBR-CAST组合工艺中微生物群落结构进行分析,结果表明,在各微生物分类学水平(门、纲、科、属),3种载体污泥和悬浮污泥的微生物群落结构呈现出显著的差异性。MBBR-CAST系统中检出较多参与硝化、反硝化作用的细菌,其中,Ⅰ号改性载体富集较多异养硝化-好氧反硝化菌Acinetobacter,Ⅱ号改性载体富集较多反硝化菌Thauera和Zoogloea,Ⅲ号改性载体富集较多Lactococcus,而硝化细菌Nitrospira更多地存在于悬浮污泥中。该研究可为今后实际市政污水处理中MBBR载体的选择和CAST工艺参数的进一步优化提供理论基础。Different carriers are added to the CAST system of a municipal sewage treatment plant in Zhejiang Province to construct the MBBR-CAST combined process, in order to carry out in-situ upgrading and reconstruction, and the effect of different carriers on microbial community structure in MBBR-CAST system is discussed. The average COD, NH3-N, TN and TP of the modified CAST system effluent all reach the Discharge Standard of Major Water Polltants from Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant(DB33/2169-2018) of Zhejiang Province. The microbial community structure of MBBR-CAST treatment plant is analyzed by Miseq high-throughput sequencing method. The results show that the microbial community structure of three carrier sludge and suspended sludge show significant differences at each microbial taxonomy level(phylum, class, family, genus). Bacteria involved in nitrification and denitrification process are detected in MBBR-CAST system. Among them, modified carrierⅠenriches more heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification bacteria Acinetobacter, modified carrierⅡenriches more denitrifying bacteria Thauera and Zoogloea, modified carrierⅢenriches more Lactococcus, and more nitrobacteria Nitrospira exist in suspended sludge. This study provides theoretical basis for MBBR carrier selection and further optimization of CAST process parameters.
