摘　　要：我国传统的小杂粮苦荞作为药食同源的作物,其营养与药用价值越来越被人们所重视,在优良品种选育、栽培制种、活性成分提取以及食品加工等方面均取得了较大研究进展。该文以中国学术期刊网络出版总库(CNKI)1989—2019年的数据作为检索对象,采用文献计量学方法,从年度分布、研究机构、基金支持、学科分类、期刊来源等方面分析了苦荞研究文献,剖析了苦荞文献研究的特点和热点方向,分析了近30年来苦荞研究现状和发展趋势。Tartary buckwheat was a kind of grain resources with absolute advantages in China.As a crop with the same origin for medicine and food,in recent years,the nutrition and medicinal value had been paid more and more attention,and great research had been made in aspects from excellent varieties selection,cultivation and seed production,extraction of active ingredients,and food processing.The data from 1989—2019 of the Chinese Academic Journals Online Publishing Database(CNKI)as the retrieval object were used to analyze the okra research from the aspects of annual distribution,research institutions,fund support,subject classification,journal sources,etc.with bibliometric methods.The characteristics and hot spots of tartary buckwheat literature research and status and development trend were analyzed in recent 30 years.
