摘　　要：前部缺血性视神经病变(AION)是目前中老年最常见的眼部疾病之一,导致视力下降,影响患者生活质量。本文通过回顾近10年AION的相关中医研究文献资料发现,本病属于中医“目系暴盲”范畴,与肝、肾、心三脏关系最为密切,气血失调是本病的主要病因,血瘀贯穿疾病的始终;临床常见肝郁气滞、气滞血瘀、气虚血瘀等中医证型。根据中医辨证论治,常以舒肝解郁通络、活血化瘀开窍、益气养血明目等为治疗原则,采取中药内服、针刺、穴位注射、中药离子导入等中医特色疗法,取得良好疗效,有助于患者视力、视野、视觉诱发电位等视功能的改善。同时,AION的中医药治疗研究方向有利于提高本病的临床疗效。Anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(AION)is one of the most common eye diseases,which often leads to decreased vision,and a decline in life quality of the patient.By reviewing the treatment methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)on anterior ischemic optic neuropathy in the past 10 years,this research found that in accordance with its clinical manifestations,the disease equaled to sudden visual loss in eye connector of TCM,its occurrence was related to organs such as liver,kidney and heart.The main pathogeny of AION was dysfunction of qi and blood,and blood stasis ran through the whole process of the disease.The most common TCM syndromes included liver depression and stagnation syndrome,blood stasis due to qi stagnation syndrome,and qi deficiency with blood stasis syndrome.According to syndrome differentiation and treatment,we commonly used therapeutic methods as relieving qi stagnancy in liver and activating collaterals,promoting blood circulation and removing blood-stasis and inducing resuscitation,method of supplying vital qi for enriching blood and improving eyesight.Acupuncture,acupoint injection,Chinese Medicine iontophoresis and other characteristic treatment of TCM was used together with TCM decoction by oral under guidance of syndrome differentiation,and obtained good curative effect.It helped to improve patient’s visual acuity,visual field,and visual evoked potentials and thus effectively improved the patient’s visual function.This article also pointed out that further research on on the intervention of TCM and integrated treatment of Traditional Chinese in management of AION was expected to improve the clinical efficacy of AION.
