摘　　要：在“互联网+”的大环境中,国铁企业培训教学管理朝着网络化发展将成为必然趋势。虽然存在不少问题,但机遇与挑战并存。文章研究“互联网+”背景下的国铁企业培训教学管理,对进一步推动培训管理的改革,促使培训管理不断适应国铁企业发展的新需求有着十分重要的作用。In the“Internet+”environment,the training and teaching management of China Railway enterprises will become an inevitable trend towards networking.Although there are many problems,opportunities and challenges coexist.It is very important to study the training and teaching management of national railway enterprises under the background of“Internet”to further promote the reform of training management and promote the training management to adapt to the new needs of the development of national railway enterprises.
