电信运营商政企专线接入方案研究及选择策略分析

摘　　要：近年来,政企客户业务需求量与日俱增,加上传输技术的不断发展,使得电信运营商形成了包含了各个安全等级功能的多速率带宽的专线业务。鉴于各运营商在政企接入方案方面存在着明显的同质化情况,所以科学制订出政企专线接入方案与选择策略可谓至关重要。文章通过分析政企客户的接入需求,阐述专线的主要特征,对比接入方案的优劣,提出了政企专线接入方案的选择策略,从而有效提升电信运营商政企专线接入方案应用的总体水平,保证政企专线接入方案选择的科学性与合理性。In recent years,with the increasing business demand of government and enterprise customers,and the continuous development of transmission technology,telecom operators have formed a multi rate bandwidth dedicated line service including various security level functions.In view of the obvious homogenization of the government enterprise access scheme among the operators,it is very important to formulate the government enterprise special line access scheme and selection strategy scientifically.This paper analyzes the access requirements of government and enterprise customers,expounds the main characteristics of the special line,compares the advantages and disadvantages of the access scheme,and puts forward the selection strategy of the government enterprise special line access scheme,so as to effectively improve the overall level of the application of the government enterprise special line access scheme of the telecom operators,and ensure the scientificity and rationality of the selection of the government enterprise special line access scheme.
