摘　　要：自动调平汽车座椅主要用于路面不平时,调整汽车座椅底面成为水平,形成汽车座椅动平台,缓解乘员的晕车症状;自动调平汽车座椅经过改装,还可用于救护车担架的调平、舰艇座椅的调平、野外雷达的调平等。自动调平汽车座椅移植和拓展万向节的原理,采用两个自由度的串联机构实现座椅的调平,机械部分由两个蜗轮蜗杆减速电机提供动力,控制部分由自制的滚珠式水平传感器和市场上已有的光敏开关电路模块组装而成,文章对此展开研究。Automatic leveling car seat is mainly used for road surface irregularity,adjusting the bottom surface of car seat to become horizontal,forming car seat moving platform,relieving passengers carsick symptoms;automatic leveling car seat is modified,It can also be used for ambulance stretcher leveling,ship seat leveling,field radar leveling,etc.The principle of automatic leveling car seat transplantation and expanding universal joint is realized by using two degrees of freedom series mechanism.The mechanical part is powered by two worm gear deceleration motors.The control part is composed of self-made ball horizontal sensor and Guang Min switch circuit module in the market,and the article studies this.
