异体巩膜用于结膜囊成形的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨异体巩膜在结膜囊成形中的应用。方法 18只新西兰大白兔随机分为6组,每组3只,每只兔行右眼球摘除+义眼胎植入+异体巩膜植入全结膜囊成形术。左眼局部球结膜切除,异体巩膜植入替代术。结果 结膜上皮可沿植片上生长,且移植片逐渐溶解吸收,被新生的结缔组织所取代,形成一个新的结膜囊。结论 异体巩膜能够作为支持物起支架作用,结膜组织附于其上生长并愈合形成新的结膜囊。Objective To observe application of allosclera in reconstruction of conjunctival socket. Methods 18 New Zealand white rabbits were divided into 6 groups randomly, 3 in each group. Right eyes had ophthalmectomy, artificial eye implantation and alloscleral grafting for the whole conjunctival socket; left eyes had local conjunctival resection and allosclera replacement. Results Conjunctival epithelium grew along the stent which was dissolved and absorbed gradually and replaced by proliferative connective tissue; a new conjunctival socket was formed. Conclusion Allosclera can be used as a supporter and on its surface conjunctival tissue can proliferate to form a new conjunctival socket.
