川藏铁路隧道机械化配套施工适应性研究

摘　　要：铁路隧道采用传统人工钻爆法施工逐渐暴露出施工速度较慢、危险系数较大和超欠挖现象严重等缺点,大型机械化配套施工作为当前铁路隧道施工新的方向和组织模式,正得到广泛运用,有望取代传统的隧道施工配置。文章首先介绍了国内铁路隧道机械化配套施工的典型案例,在总结铁路隧道机械化施工的基础上,同时考虑了设备的使用年限和重复利用率,介绍了国内铁路隧道机械化配套施工的典型案例,这对川藏铁路隧道的建设有较好的参考和借鉴作用。其次将铁路隧道机械化配套施工的机械配套大致分为3类,依次为Ⅰ型机械化配套、Ⅱ型机械化配套和常规机械化配套,并简单介绍了隧道机械化施工流程,建议川藏线铁路隧道工程采用Ⅰ型机械化配套施工。最后,分析了川藏铁路隧道机械化配套施工的优越性。For traditional railway tunnel construction,the manual drilling and blasting method is the main operation method.However,this method has the disadvantages of slower construction speed,greater risk factor and serious over-under-excavation.It is imperative for large-scale mechanized matching equipment to replace the traditional tunnel construction configuration,and mechanized matching construction,as the new direction and organization mode of current railway tunnel construction,is increasingly widely used.This article first introduces the typical cases of mechanized matching construction of domestic railway tunnels based on the basic information collected by the railway tunnels considering the service life and repeated utilization of equipment.This has a good reference for the construction of the remaining lines of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway to be started.Secondly,the mechanical equipment for the construction of mechanized matching railway tunnels is roughly divided into three categories,i.e.type Ⅰmechanized equipment,type Ⅱ mechanized equipment and conventional mechanized equipment,and simply introduces the mechanized construction process of the tunnel.It is recommended to use the type I-mechanized matching construction for the Sichuan-Tibet railway tunnel.Finally,the superiority of Sichuan-Tibet railway tunnel mechanized matching construction is analyzed.
