非煤系地层隧道有毒有害气体施工安全管理研究

摘　　要：在非煤系地层有毒有害气体铁路隧道的施工过程中,有毒有害气体具有不稳定、高危害、探测难度高等特点,极大地威胁着施工人员的生命安全。然而,目前国内的铁路工程行业对此并无规范、标准可循,亟待一套完整的、系统的非煤系地层有毒有害气体隧道安全施工管理办法。文章依托大临铁路红豆山隧道工程,为保证在非煤系地层有毒有害气体隧道中安全、高效地施工,提出对隧道实施连续通风、设置“人机互检”监控系统、使用防爆器材和防毒气工具、喷洒石灰水、开展有毒有害气体应急知识培训和救援演练等一系列措施。结果表明,这些安全管理措施均取得了良好效果,可为今后类似工程的施工提供重要参考,宜可为制定行业的标准和规范提供依据。In the construction process of railway tunnels with toxic and harmful gases in non-coal strata,the toxic and harmful gases have the characteristics of instability,high hazard and high difficulty in detection,which greatly threatens the life safety of construction personnel.However,at present,there is no norm or standard to follow in the domestic railway engineering industry,so it is urgent to have a complete and systematic management method for the safe construction of tunnels with toxic and harmful gases in non-coal strata.Based on Hongdoushan tunnel of Dali-Lincang railway,in order to ensure safe and efficient construction of tunnels with toxic and harmful gases in non-coal strata,a series of measures,such as continuous ventilation for the tunnel,setting up the“man-machine mutual inspection”monitoring system,using explosion-proof equipment and anti-gas tools,spraying lime,training on emergency knowledge of toxic and harmful gases and rescue exercises and so on,are put forward.The results show that these safety management measures have achieved good results,which will provide important reference for the construction of similar projects in the future and a basis for the establishment of industry standards and norms.
