摘 要:通过问卷调查,分析淮阴师范学院房地产开发与管理专业学生的专业认同状况,为专业建设提供依据。研究表明专业认同总体处于中等水平;在各维度的得分上,得分最低的为专业情感维度,接下来由低到高分别为专业行为、专业认知与专业价值;学生的专业认同状况受性别、年级、专业选择方式以及家庭就业背景影响,存在一定的差异性。Taking Huaiyin Normal University as an example,this paper investigates the professional identity of real estate development and management major to provide the basis for the professional construction.Results show that professional identity is generally at a medium level,and that in terms of scores in each dimension,the one with the lowest score is the professional emotional dimension,followed by professional behavior,professional cognition and professional value.Influenced by gender,grade,major selection and family employment background,students professional identity differs.
