奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨辅助化疗与ECF方案治疗老年进展期胃癌的效果及不良反应

摘　　要：目的比较老年进展期胃癌患者采取ECF方案与奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨辅助化疗的效果和不良反应。方法选取本院在2017年6月至2019年12月收治的老年进展期胃癌患者78例进行研究,按照随机数字表法进行分组,包括观察组(奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨辅助化疗)和对照组(ECF方案)各39例。比较两组患者的效果和不良反应。结果①观察组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);②观察组12个月存活率(89.74%)、治疗有效率(74.36%)均高于对照组(69.23%、46.15%)(P<0.05);③观察组骨髓抑制(7.69%)、胃肠道反应发生率(2.56%)均低于对照组(20.51%、15.38%)(P<0.05);④两组脱发、BUN升高、GPT升高、色素沉着发生率比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨在老年进展期胃癌治疗中效果显著优于ECF方案,不良反应较少。Objective To compare the eff ects and adverse reactions of adjuvant chemotherapy with ECF and oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine in elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Select 78 elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2019 for research,and group them according to the random number table method,including the observation group(oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine adjuvant chemotherapy)and control group(ECF program).There were 39 cases in each group.Compare the eff ects and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients.Results(1)The scores of all dimensions of the quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).(2)The 12-month survival rate(89.74%)and treatment eff ective rate(74.36%)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(69.23%,46.15%)(P<0.05).(3)The incidence of bone marrow suppression(7.69%)and gastrointestinal reactions(2.56%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(20.51%,15.38%)(P<0.05).(4)Both groups was no signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of alopecia,BUN,GPT,and pigmentation(P>0.05).Conclusion Oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine is signifi cantly better than ECF in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer in the elderly,with fewer adverse reactions.
