简易止血砂兜在颅内动脉瘤患者介入术拔鞘后股动脉穿刺点压迫止血中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的评估简易止血砂兜在颅内动脉瘤患者介入术拔鞘后股动脉穿刺点压迫止血中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的106例接受介入治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者,按入院住院号单、双号进行分组,单号为对照组(50例),用盐巴包装压迫止血;双号为观察组(56例),用简易止血砂兜压迫止血。比较两组患者的压迫止血效果、舒适度、卧床时间、腰酸背痛及留置导尿管占比。结果观察组患者紫癜、淤青及血肿的总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者卧床时间明显短于对照组,腰酸背痛和留置导尿管占比明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论简易止血砂兜能有效降低颅内动脉瘤患者介入术拔鞘后股动脉穿刺部位紫癜、淤青及血肿的发生率,提高患者的舒适度。Objective To evaluate the application eff ect of simple hemostatic sand pocket in the compression hemostasis of the femoral artery puncture point of patients with intracranial aneurysm after pulling out the sheath after interventional surgery.Methods A total of 106 patients with intracranial aneurysm undergoing interventional treatment in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and grouped according to the hospital admission number single and double number.The single number was the control group(50 cases),packed with saline bag compression to stop bleeding;the double number is the observation group(56 cases),use simple hemostatic sandbags to stop bleeding.The eff ect of compression hemostasis,comfort,the time of spent in bed,the proportion of lumbar acidback and backache and indwelling catheter in the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of purpura,bruise and hematoma in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The comfort of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of spent in bed in the observation group was signifi cantly shorter than that in the control group,and the proportion of lumbar acidback and backache and indwelling catheter were signifi cantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Simple hemostatic sand pocket can eff ectively reduce the incidence of purpura,bruises and hematomas at the femoral artery puncture site in patients with intracranial aneurysm after pulling out the sheath after interventional surgery,and improve the comfort of patients.
